I messaged support because I had a question about my order, and they got back to me quickly. I’m a little fuzzy on whether it was later that day or the next morning, but either way the reply was actually helpful and didn’t feel like some copy-paste response.
I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to follow up once, or at least I think I did before they fully answered it, but after that everything got sorted out fine. Overall, it was a good customer service experience, just with a small wait in the middle

I booked through Delta-king it just felt like a good value from the start. I had checked a few other options, and my gut told me this one seemed fair for the price. The booking went through without any problems, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. It’s not the fanciest site or experience, but nothing really bothered me either. I’d probably use it again if the prices stay reasonable. Giving it 4 stars because the site could be a little smoother.

I stayed here sometime last month, I think around the 12th or 13th, but I can’t remember exactly. The room was okay overall, but the bed felt way too hard for me, so I didn’t sleep very well.

I had my wedding event on the Delta King, and it turned out really nice. You never really know how everything is going to come together, but the staff made it easy and kept things moving without any stress. The boat setting made the whole day feel special without feeling over the top, and the food was good too. You could tell our guests were having a great time because everyone kept saying how fun and different it was

I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy for breakfast on the boat, but it was actually really nice. The food was good, and the staff were friendly and easygoing. The coffee did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but sitting there with the view made it hard to complain. I’d definitely go again.

The river view was probably the highlight for me. Sitting outside watching the boats go by was really nice, especially later in the evening. That said, I keep going back and forth on whether it was worth the price. I guess I was expecting a little more overall. Some parts felt a bit dated, and the service was fine, just nothing that really stood out. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but I’m not sure I’d rush back unless I was going specifically for that view

The parking situation was a nightmare and I don’t think I’d come back because of it. That said, maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but it was still stressful.

I stayed for one night and, overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The sheets felt fresh, and the bathroom looked like it had been properly cleaned, which I always appreciate.

There were a couple of small things I noticed, like a bit of dust near the window and one corner of the floor that could’ve used a little more attention. Nothing major, though, and it didn’t really affect my stay.

For the price, and with the older boat-style feel of the place, I thought it was a good stay. It wasn’t perfect, but I’d be happy to stay again.

I stayed here with my dad, and we both thought the old riverboat vibe was cool at first. The boat itself has a lot of character, which made it feel different from a regular hotel. That said, the rooms felt musty, and it kind of took away from the experience. Fun idea and neat setting, but I wish the rooms felt cleaner and fresher.

The place itself had a nice vibe, but the food was underwhelming. My chicken came out dry and most of the meal just tasted kind of bland. Service was okay, nothing bad there, but for the price I expected more. I was also a little confused because the email I got made it sound like one thing, but the experience/menu felt different when we got there.

the location just really didn’t work for me. it ended up being more inconvenient than i expected, so it wasn’t a good fit for my needs.

I was a little nervous about noise before I booked, because that can really make or break a stay for me. But it ended up being really quiet. I barely heard anything from the hallway or outside, even later at night.
I slept really well both nights and didn’t even need my earplugs, which is rare for me. Did anyone else have the same concern about noise before staying here, or was it just me? Either way, easy 5 stars from me.

I’m always a little worried I’m going to be talked into something or fooled somehow, but the staff here were genuinely super friendly and made the whole process really easy. I felt comfortable the whole time
